明:经改造后的机床完全能实现加工外圆、锥度、螺纹、端面等的自动控制,提高了
原机床的生产效率,降低了劳动强度。采用数控技术对企业原有机床进行改造,即发
展经济型的数控机床是当前工矿企业机床技术改造的有效途径。

ABSTRACT
Automation and precision to the transformation of mon lathe of numerical
control technology application, technology reform mainly: additional numerical control
apparatus and actuator in the lathe, selection of machine tool servo system puter
system is suitable. The results show that: the reformed machine can realize automatic
control of machining, taper, thread, end, improves the production efficiency of machine,
reducing the labor intensity. Modification of the original machine tools with NC technology,
NC machine tool is the development of economy is an effective way for the industrial and
mining enterprises of machine tool technology.
