摘要
土地利用变化是人地相互作用结果的最直接表现,为了解该地区土地利用
变化情况,本文运用遥感和地理信息系统技术,对泾阳县的土地利用变化进行
了较为全面、系统的研究,得到了三个时期土地利用现状图。
本文以泾阳县作为研究对象,利用2000、2006、2010年三期Land sat5 TM
影像,结合2009年陕西省第二次农村土地调查泾阳县土地利用数据库成果,采
Desk top ,通过建立解译标志、建立分类
模板、执行监督分类、评价分类结果等工作,得到土地利用现状图,从土地利
用变化总体特征、土地利用类型动态变化趋势、土地利用程度变化三个方面,
对泾阳县土地利用变化进行了定性和定量的分析。阐明11年来泾阳县的各种土
地利用类型之间变化的情况。并从自然因素、人口因素、经济因素和政策因素
四个方面对引起土地利用变化的驱动力进行了分析。
对比2000、2006和2011年的数据可以看出,耕地面积减少,林地面积大幅
度增加,建设用地面积略有增加,草地面积在大幅度减少,水域先增加后减少,
未利用土地减少的特点。

ABSTRACT
The land use change is the most direct performance of interaction between
human and Earth. To understand the land use situation in this area, this article has
prehensive, systematic study and exploration of the changes in land use
of Jing Yang based on the remote sensing and the geographic information system
technology and obtained three period land use classification maps. It doesn’t only
provide support for the further study about the land use change, but also offer the
powerful reference for leading people to exploit natural resource properly and
protect ecological environment and realizing to make sustainable use of the land
and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
This passage’s object of study is in Jing Yang. The research data posed
of 2000,2006,2010 ,three phases Landsat5 TM images, and the second land survey
database results of 2009 .We make the analysis of changes of the study area by
using ENVI and ARCGIS Desktop a series works such as
establishing interpretation signs, establishing the classification templates ,
performing supervised classifica
