It plays an irreplaceable role in ascertaining facts of the case accurately and efficiently, applying the law correctly, protecting refereed on time and judicial justice. The provisions of judicial authentication on TaiWan ’s“ Criminal Procedure Law ” prehensive contents and meticulous regulations. It has mendable places , but it isnot perfect. The article explained the main content of identification of criminal justice system in Taiwan, and given an objective evaluation based on it. Then make a preliminary discussion for the significance on developing and perfecting the mainland criminal judicial authentication system.
