文档介绍：摘要随着科学技术的不断发展,各项事业也在飞速的前进。工业的发展尤为突出, 因此对工业生产过程的控制也提出了更高的要求。而配料工序是工业生产过程中非常重要的环节,其配料精度直接影响着产品的质量。针对实际问题,本设计在进行了一系列的考察后,根据现实的需求,加上对 ARM 控制器的理解和分析,采用 ARM7 控制器(LPC2131 )来实现自动配料系统的控制。详细讲述了自动配料系统的设计步骤,着重对软件开发与硬件调试做了介绍,完成了配料的硬件配置和软件设计,并利用键盘显示模块实现实时监控系统的设计。本设计主要分为四部分,其中第一部分对前人的配料系统做了简要的介绍, 并结合现实条件,对本次设计做了简要的分析和设想。第二部分根据毕业设计要求,结合自己的实践经验,提出了合理的设计方案,并对设计步骤作了进一步的介绍。另外对资源的配置以及在现实中上料装置的原理做了介绍。第三部分对配料系统硬件的设计进行了细致的讲解。第四部分对编程软件和编程中所用到的一些指令作了介绍,对部分程序作了详细的解读。本设计通过软硬件之间的配合与调试,从而达到工业设计的要求,实现配料的自动化控制。关键词:ARM 控制器; LPC2131 ;自动配料系统 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of science and technology, each enterprise also in rapid advance. Industry development is outstandingly, therefore it also set a higher request to the industrial production's produce process control. But the ingredient working procedure is an important link in the industrial production process, and its ingredient precision immediate influence the quality of the product. In the design ofa series of field visits, according to the reality of demand, coupled with the understanding of the programmable controller and analysis, a ARM7 to achieve automatic dosage system control. Described in detail the automatic dosage system design steps, focusing on software development and debugging done, completed the dosage hardware configuration and software design and of using Key-board module monitoring real-time system. The design consists of four parts, the first part isa brief introduction of the previous dosage system, in conjunction with field inspection experience with the design done this brief analysis and ideas. The second part is according toof graduation design, in conjunction with own practical experience, to bring forward a reasonable design, and design steps further introduction.
