文档介绍:童塞堡三奎耋三耋堡圭耋堡堡圣摘要计算机辅助工艺规程设计(CAPP)实现r工艺设计从传统的手工作业方式到计算机作业方式的改变,它是实现CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的关键技术之一,具有重要的理论意义和广泛迫切的实际需求。它的研究刈‘于改革我国工艺设计现状和提高仓业的竞争力有着十分重要的作用。本课题针对当前汽车驱动桥零部件制造业CAPP技术运用的实际情况,对CAPP 的开发技术以及其实用化、工程化技术进行讨论和研究,提出一些切实可行的开发方法和技术实现途径,设计开发厂基于数据库的具有较强实用4陀的“QT—AXLE—CAPP系统”,应用于青岛某车桥生产企业,使该软件符台I:厂工艺没计的实际需要,减轻了工艺设计人员的劳动强度,提高r企业的生产效率。笔者在论文中阐述了目前CAPP技术的应用现状和发展趋势,分析研究r现有 CAPP系统所存在的问题及解决的方法,从软件_L:程的角度列“QT—AXLE CAPP系统”的开发过程进行了介绍。课题的重点是在CAPP系统的通用性和li具化方面进行实用的研究与开发。系统综合采用检索式和交互式两种工艺设计方法,以交互式1, 艺设计为主要技术思想,为用户提供了多个工具子系统。研究了工艺资源数据存储和管理的模式,实现了工艺资源数据的动态管理。关键词车桥,CAPP,数据库,检索,交互 puter Aided Process Planning(CAPP)real izes the change from the mode of traditional handcraft making to the mode of puterized task. 工t i s one of the most important technologies to real ize the integration ofCAD/CAPP/ ithas great theoretic significance and isrequired pressingly and has the most important effect on the reform of our country’S process planning and on the improvement of the petition ability to study on it. The paper aims at the pract icality instance of the use of CAPP of today’S auto accessory author has studied and discussed on the exploitation technology of CAPP and the technology of its practicability and actual development method and the real ization way of the technology have been brought forward inthe paper. The author has designed the practical system of“QT—AXLE—CAPP’’based on will beused in an AXLE manufacturing enterprise inQingdao. The system can be fit to the need of the factory’S process planning, alleviate the labor intensity of the process planning men and enhance the manufacturing efficiency.
