【摘要】目的建立测定氨苄西林钠新方法。方法在氢氧化钠介质中,高碘酸钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,氨苄西林钠显著增强该体系的发光,据此建立了一种简单、快速测定氨苄西林钠的流动注射化学发光新方法。结果在优化的试验条件下,~10μg/ml,检出限(3δ),对1μg/ml氨苄西林钠进行了11次平行测定,%。结论将本法用于粉针剂中氨苄西林钠的测定,结果令人满意。

ABSTRACT Objective To establish a chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of ampicillin sodium. Method It was found that the light emission produced by the oxidation of luminol by postassium periodate in the basic medium was enhanced by ampicillin sodium. A new, simple and rapid method has been developed for the determination of ampicillin sodium. Results In the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to the concentrations of ampicillin sodium in the
~10μg/ml range. The limit of detection is and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is % for (n=11). Conclusion The method has been applied to the determination of ampicillin sodium in mercial preparations, injection, and chemical product with satisfactory results.

氨苄西林钠具有广谱抗菌作用,可用于治疗肺炎、支气管炎、肠胃炎、白痢、霍乱、伤寒及皮肤感染等。目前中国药典采用高效液相色谱法[1]测定氨苄西林含量,此外氨苄西林钠的含量测定还有紫外吸收分光光度法[2,3]、荧光法[4,5]等。本文报道一种化学发光法测定氨苄西林钠含量的方法。
1 材料与方法
仪器及试剂
IFFLD-型流动注射化学发光仪(西安瑞迈电子设备有限公司)。U-4100紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(日立,日本);F-4500荧光分光光度计(日立,日本)。氨苄西林钠标准
