文档介绍:城镇水泥混凝土路面施工技术规程(征求意见稿)2008年3月城镇水泥混凝土路面工程施工技术规程(征求意见稿)目录1总则·······································································22术语······································································23路基、基层································································44原材料····································································55施工准备··································································86混凝土配合比······························································117混凝土拌和物搅拌与运输····················································188模板的安装与拆除·························································219水泥混凝土路面铺筑·······················································2310钢筋及钢纤维混凝土路面和桥面铺筑····································2711混凝土面板接缝与养生····················································3212特殊气候条件下的施工·····················································3413其他工程·································································3514工程质量管理与检查验收···················································37附录······································································43条文说明··································································44城镇水泥混凝土路面施工技术规程1总则101为适应城镇道路建设快速发展的需要,提高我省城镇水泥混凝土路面施工技术水平,保证其施工质量,制定本规程。102本规程适用于我省城镇行政区域内新建、改建、扩建的城镇道路水泥混凝土路面工程。大、中型维修的城镇道路水泥混凝土路面工程,工业园区、生活小区、园林等内部道路水泥混凝土路面工程也可参照本规程执行。103水泥混凝土路面的施工应根据合同及设计文件、施工现场所处的气候、水文、地形等环境条件,选择满足质量指标要求、性能稳定的原材料,确定配合比、设备种类和施工工艺,进行详细的施工组织设计,建立完备的施工质量保障体系。混凝土配合比设计应由具有相应试验资质的单位进行。104水泥混凝土路面施工应并积极推广采用经主管部门批准的新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备。105水泥混凝土路面施工必须文明施工、安全生产,施工人员应有良好的劳动保护。106混凝土路面铺筑期间,应收集月、旬、日天气预报资料,遇有影响混凝土路面施工质量的天气时,应暂停施工或采取必要的防范措施,制定特殊气候的施工方案。107原材料、半成品或成品的质量标准,凡本规程有规定者,应遵照执行;无规定者,应按现行的有关标准执行。108水泥混凝土路面施工除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。2术语201路基subgrade按照路型位置和一定技术要求修筑的带状构筑物。为路面的基础,承受由路面传递下来的行车荷载。202基层basecourse设在面层以下的结构层。主要承受由面层传递的车辆荷载,并将荷载分布到垫层或土基上,当基层分为多层时,其最下面的一层称底基层。203面层surfacecourse直接承受车辆荷载和自然因素的影响,并将荷载传递到基层的路面结构层。204垫层bedcourse设于基层以下的结构层,其主要作用是隔水、排水、防冻以改善基层和土基的工作条件。205路面pavement用各种筑路材料铺筑在道路路基上直接承受车辆荷载的层状构筑物。206水泥混
