中文摘要
凌濛初是晚明著名小说家、戏曲家。本文以文史互证和文本细读为主要方法,力
图对凌濛初及其戏曲创作和曲论思路进行整体观照。第一部分“引言”阐述选题意图
与研究现状。第一章考证疏理凌濛初的生平、交游以及著述,力图呈现他生于世家大
族,专心仕途功绩和与戏曲创作相随相成的一生。廓清其大概的生平事迹。第二章考
析他的戏曲创作,先总体把握其创作概况,然后分别对杂剧《红拂三传》和传奇《乔
合衫襟记》残曲进行考析。第三章则是通过对凌濛初曲学著作《谭曲杂札》和《南音
三籁》的考辩,对凌氏的戏曲观进行浅陋的探析。

Study on Qu Jurist Ling Mengchu
Abstract
Ling Mengchu is an important master in Qu. This thesis is written mainly by the
methods of Mutual Verification between literature and history, and meticulous text reading.
This paper tries to make a macrocosm observe of Ling Mengchu , and his life in Qu, and
his works in Qu. The frist part "introduction" explain the main intent of this thesis and the
status problem of the research. Section 1 is the interpretaion about Ling Mengchu"s
biography ( or whole life) based on the textual research. This passage tries to present his
noble family backgroundinfluence to his offical career ,and his panied by opear
creation. Section 2 is study of his opear works. First of all,grasp his creation situation as a
whole, then analyse his opear " HongFu San Zhuan" and "Qiao He Shan Jin Ji". Accord to
his "Tan Qu Za Zha" and " Nan Yin San Lai" . Section 3 analyses Lingmengchu's theory of
Qu in a simple but clear way, and features his achivement as final.
