Master data in CO-PC
Relevant master data for product costing are fields in material master data, bill of material, routing and work centers1>. For overhead calculations percentage overhead rates have to be maintained (plan).
For product cost controlling, master data for production orders (lot-size-based) or product cost collectors (for serial production) are created (in PP). For actual postings on the orders, the bill of material and routing which has been defined in PP for each order is relevant.
