要
20 世纪 60 年代以来,随着世界经济的快速发展,科技创新推动产业结构的不断
升级,国际服务贸易发展迅速,其增长速度超过了国际货物贸易的增长速度,使得国
际服务贸易在世界贸易中的地位越来越重要。金融服务贸易作为服务贸易的重要组成
部分,对其它贸易项目有非常大的促进作用,在一国国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位,
日益受到各国政府的关注。我国金融服务贸易起步较晚,与发达国家相比还很幼稚和
弱小,在这种形势下,对我国金融服务贸易进行研究,并对其发展提出合理性的建议,
提高我具有重要意义。
本文在国内外先行研究者对金融服务贸易竞争力研究的基础上,具体分析研究了
我国金融服务贸易的发展现状,运用净出口差额指标、国际市场占有率、竞争力指数
(TC 指数)、显性比较优势指数(RCA 指数)等工具,全面分析论述了我,同时根据波特教授的国家竞争优势理论,从要素状况、相关及支
持性产业、企业组织和战略、同业竞争要素,政府政策和机遇要素等方面, 提出了
提高我国金融服务贸易竞争力的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
From the 1960s, with the rapid development of world economy, scientific and
technological innovations push forward the continuous upgrading of industrial structure.
International service trade has developed rapidly. Its growth rate exceeded the growth rate
of international trade in goods that making international service trade in position in world
trade more important. Financial service as an important part of service trade has a very
significant role in promoting other items of trade. Financial service is important in national
economy and brings to governments’ attention. Compared with developed countries,
China’s financial service trade started late and is still very naïve and weak. In this situation,
by the means of researching our country’ financial service trade and putting forward the
soundness of proposals, it is very significant to improve the level of international
competitiveness in our country’s financial service trade.
This paper that is based on the researches of financial petition capability
by domestic researchers and foreign researchers analyses the development situation of our
national financial service. This paper uses some indexes, for example, net export balance
indicators, international market share, TC and RCA to analysis petition capability
of our national financial service in the prehensively. At the s
