我国金融服务贸易国际竞争力分析

摘要
随着经济全球化的日益发展,服务贸易在世界经济中的重要性逐步提高。
而服务贸易的重要组成部分——金融服务贸易因其在一国经济中的重要地位和
对其他贸易项目的强大促进作用越来越受重视。
我国金融服务贸易的进出口规模在世界金融服务贸易自由化浪潮影响下有
了显著的扩大。金融服务贸易的进口额从 1997 年的亿美元提高到 2007 年
的亿美元,同期出口额从亿美元增长到亿美元。但是由于我
国的金融服务贸易起步较晚,目前其的
TC 指数历年来最高只有-,最低为-。因此,如何发展我国金融服务贸易、
提高其国际竞争力,是本文展开讨论的主要议题。
文章首先分析了我国以跨境交付形式和商业存在形式为主的金融服务贸易
的发展状况,从而对我国金融服务贸易状况有一个的总体的判断。之后,为了
能够更深层次的了解我国金融服务贸易的国际竞争力状况,作者建立了一套竞
争力评价体系(包括市场开放度、TC、RCA 和产业内贸易指数等指标)。在此
基础上结合 1997 年至 2007 年的中国金融服务贸易收支情况,利用这些指标从
不同的角度对我国金融服务贸易的国际竞争力进行综合评价。从评价结果中可
以看出:我国的金融服务贸易竞争力很弱,而且其原因比较复杂,不仅是金融
市场开放度的高低问题,同时还涉及到我国金融服务业的一些基础性建设问题。
最后,本文结合历年数据着重分析了影响我国金融服务贸易国际竞争力的
三个主要因素(金融部门开放度、外商直接投资和金融服务业的人力资本),并
且运用回归分析方法对每个因素对我国金融服务贸易出口规模的影响做出衡量
和估计。根据以上因素分析的结果,文章从提升我国金融服务贸易国际竞争力
的角度,分别在制度、产业和企业三个层面上提出了战略建议。

Abstract
With the development of the economic globalization, the service trade
is more and more important. And the financial service trade has received
more and more attention for its significant support to the other areas of
trade and the important role of the national economy.
Under the impact of the liberalization of global financial service trade,
China’s financial service trade scale has increased notably. From 1997 to
2007, the import of the financial service trade is from billion dollars
to billion dollars and the export is from billion dollars to
billion dollars. But because China initiated the financial service trade
much later than the developed countries, petitiveness of China’s
financial service trade is still weak. The highest index TC is -, the
lowest is -. Therefore, how to improve our financial service trade
competitiveness is this article would like to discuss.
