文档介绍：“村改居”社区居家养老服务的社会工作介入研究中文摘要 I “村改居”社区居家养老服务的社会工作介入研究——以昆山市H社区为例中文摘要随着我国经济的快速发展进步,城市化进程的不断加快,为实现城乡统筹发展, 缩小城乡发展的差距,许多城郊社区或城中村都在政府的主导下实施了“村改居”的变革。所谓“村改居”,是我国现行城乡二元结构体制下,加快城镇化进程的重要手段,主要是农村政治、经济、文化等方面的发展达到或接近城镇水平的条件下,政府主导下产生的从农村到城镇社区的政治体制、经济体制变革。在这一过程中,农民的很多权益受到了侵犯,而在这些问题中最突出的莫过于他们的养老问题了。本研究就是在我国城市化进程加快、“村改居”社区不断增多、老龄化社会来临的时代背景下提出的。如何解决“村改居”社区老年人这一特殊群体的养老问题,已经成为关系社会稳定,关系经济发展的重要问题。 21世纪初,我国的老龄化程度日趋加剧,传统家庭养老逐渐满足不了老年人的基本养老需求,引入新的介入机制是缓解我国养老压力的有效手段。社会工作以利他主义为理念,以科学知识为基础,实现用科学的方法助人的活动,能综合运用专业知识、技能和方法,开展各类助人服务活动。以助人为本质的社会工作服务于“村改居”社区居家养老服务,可以弥补“村改居”社区居家养老发展过程中存在的一些不足, 在一定程度上也能推进我国老年社会保障服务体系的发展和完善。昆山市H社区在居家养老方面已经取得了可喜的成就。以H社区作为研究背景, 通过对社区居家老年群体现状与服务状况的了解,分析社会工作者在“村改居”社区老年人居家养老服务中所取得的成果与不足,制定出符合本社区居家养老服务的活动,使社区内老年社会工作的服务向着科学化、本土化和专业化方向前进。关键词:“村改居”社区居家养老服务社会工作作者:薛海英指导老师:汪萍 Abstract Study on Pension Service of Social Work in munity of "Village to Residence" II Study on Pension Service of Social Work in the Community of "Village to Residence" ——Taking munity in Kunshan for example Abstract With the rapidly development and progress of economic in China, and gradually speeding-up urbanization.
