China April, 2013 I 华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要镇域经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,也是中国区域经济发展的重要板块,是城乡经济统筹发展的桥梁和纽带。中国有数量众多的乡镇,镇域经济的发展程度决定着广大乡镇、农村的发展水平,决定着中国城镇化发展的进程。而中国目前镇域经济发展不平衡、粗放式、盲目性问题在一定程度上普遍存在,影响了国民经济发展的质量和速度,制约了人民群众生活水平的提高和城镇化的推进,制约了政府开展基础设施建设和提供公共服务的能力,影响着民生社会事业的发展。所以,结合中国镇区实际,开展镇域经济发展研究不仅对丰富经济理论体系具有重要作用,而且对指导镇域经济发展,提供更多公共服务,建设社会主义新农村,推进中国城镇化和建设和谐社会具有重要意义和深远影响。本文第一部分从当前中国镇域经济发展的背景入手,结合当前中国的宏观经济形势和城镇化发展的趋势,阐述镇域经济发展研究的现实意义,概述镇域经济发展的内涵、特征和国内外对镇域经济研究的现状。第二部分对山东省镇域经济发展情况进行了综述,简述了山东镇域经济发展的历史,对山东镇域经济发展的优势和问题进行了简略概括分析。论文第三到五部分以山东省沂源县悦庄镇为主体开展镇域经济研究。文中概述了悦庄镇的发展现状。论文第三部分在分析镇域经济现状的基础上,运用swot分析方法,对悦庄镇域经济的发展的优势、劣势和机遇、挑战进行了详细分析。文章在第四部分提出了悦庄镇域经济发展的总体目标,提出了“建设现代农业强镇、工业强镇、服务业名镇、城镇化示范镇”。依据这一目标,在论文第五部分提出“坚持科学发展;调整产业结构,增加经济总量;建立制度保障”等保障措施。论文最后对悦庄镇的发展和镇域经济的发展进行了展望,指出镇域经济发展的前景将十分广阔而光明,在一定程度上代表着中国经济未来的发展。关键词:镇域经济 SWOT分析发展目标 II 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The town economy is an important part of the national economy; also it is the important sector in China's regional economic development. Besides, it is the bridge and link of economic development of the urban and rural areas.
