呼和浩特市中小学教师心理健康教育观现状访谈研究

中文摘要

本研究以呼和浩特市二十所中小学校的心理健康教师为研究对
象,采用自编的半结构式访谈提纲,对二十位心理健康教师进行心理
健康教育观方面的访谈。访谈的内容包含对心理健康教育活动的认
知、价值判断与实践态度这三个维度。通过对访谈内容的整理归纳和
总结,结果表明:目前呼和浩特市中小学心理健康教师的心理健康教
育观的整体状况水平都较低,许多教师的心理健康教育观是错误的;
教师与教师之间的心理健康教育观水平差异很大,具体表现在重点学
校和心理学专业出身的教师心理健康教育观水平较高,非重点学校和
非专业出身的教师心理健康教育观水平较低;对于如何提高心理健康
教育观水平,大多数教师都有较高的意愿,但由于缺乏相应的机制和
对策而无法获得提高。导致出现这种状况的原因是多方面的,包括:
学校领导对心理健康教育工作不重视,宣传也不到位;心理健康教师
的工作得不到应有的尊重和承认;广大心理健康教师的理论水平和技
能水平没有达到相应的标准;当前关于教师心理健康教育观的研究薄
弱,缺乏有效的理论指导和对策。基于以上结果,建议呼和浩特市中
小学在教师继续教育和培训中加强学校心理健康教育的途径和与德
育关系的内容的介绍;努力提高广大教师对心理健康教育效果的认
识,增强其参与心理健康教育的责任感和自觉性;并把中小学教师心
理健康教育观的提高作为培训的重点;加强中小学教师心理健康教育
能力的培养。

ABSTRACT

the subjects of this study are twenty teachers from primary and secondary
schools in Hohhot . by using the semi-structured interview outline,the
author interview twenty psychological education teachers the content of
the interview includes three aspects: the acknowledge of psychological
health education activities, value judgement,and attitude toward practical
results showed that: At present, primary and secondary
mental health Hohhot mental health education teachers in view of the
overall state levels are low, many teachers view of mental health
education is wrong; teachers and between teachers the level of mental
health education very different view, specifically in the focus of a former
school teacher and psychology view of higher levels of mental health
education, non-key schools and non-professional background of the
concept of mental health education teachers in low level; for how to
improve view the level of mental health education, most teachers will
have higher, but the lack of appropriate mechanisms and measures can
