音响外壳产品的 IMD 模具设计
摘要
塑料业是当今加工工业中发展最迅速的工业种类之一,而注塑模具又是其 中应用最多的基础装备。在塑料模具行业飞速发展的时代,由于其各项性能的 不断改善,塑料产品的应用范围也在不断增加。设计合理的塑料模具可以提高 生产效率和产品质量。所以,研究注塑模具能够更加了解塑料制品的加工过程 以及降低次品率有很重要意义。
本文针对某音响外壳产品,对采用模内装饰成型技术的模具设计过程作了 简单的阐述。按照塑件的结构和具体尺寸,本次模具型腔设计为一模两腔。通 过翻阅相关资料对模具结构,分型面,浇注系统,冷却机构以及脱模机构作了 精确的设计。通过合理的运用计算机软件对产品进行建模,分模以及导出产品 的 CAD 工程图等。最后使用 CAD 软件详细的绘制产品和模具装配二维图。

ABSTRACT
Plastics processing industry is today one of the industry's broadest rapid development, and the injection mold is among the most widely used basic equipment. In the era of rapid development of the plastic mold industry, due to the continuous improvement of its performance, the scope of application of plastic products is also increasing. Designed plastic mold can improve production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, the injection mold research to learn more about the process of plastic products and reducing the defect rate has very important significance.
In this paper, a sound shell products, the use of in-mold decoration molding technology mold design process is briefly described. According to the structure and the specific size of the plastic parts of this mold cavity designed as a two cavity mold. Read through the relevant information on the structure of the mold parting surface, pouring system, cooling mechanism and a release mechanism made accurate design. Through the rational use of computer software for product modeling, parting, and export products CAD drawings and so on. Finally, the use of CAD software, detailed product and mold assembly drawing two-dimensional diagram.

注塑模是塑料注塑成型时使用模具的简称,它是实现注射成型工艺的不可 或缺的设备。注塑成型工艺可以完成结构复杂以及精度要求高的塑件。塑料模 就是加工成型塑料制品的模具。注塑模是由动模及定模两部分够成。动模和定 模分别固定安装在注射机的移动模板固定模板上。注塑时将颗粒状或粉末状的 原料送入加热的料筒里,塑料加热后熔融塑化,熔料被螺杆向前推进,然后受 压并向型腔流动。料筒中的熔料迅速经过喷嘴注入合闭的模具型腔内。熔料注 满型腔,被压缩后经冷却固化,动模定模开模分型并由脱模机构脱出制品,
