Abstract
My mainly objective of this experiment is introduce the procedure of using PMS software, including the functions of reservation, check-in and check-out1>.
Background
Fidelio Software was founded in October 1987 in Munich, German, today has e the world’s top hotel management system suppliers, and is dominating in volleyball. By year-end 1995, in 107 countries and regions of the word’s 9000vill hotel, luxury cruise ships, leisure and restaurants, with 22 different languages, installed 12357 systems, contains 3692 sets of front desk system, 1158 sets of logistics/ catering management system, 939 sets of marketing and party system, 105 sets of background of accounting system, 6463 and the kind of interface software copy, and fail to statistics the number of project management system, many of which the user belongs to more than 50 famous international hotel chain.
In this experiment, I introduced the background of Fidelio software firstly, and then, I introduced the procedures very particular, at last, I talk about the problems in this experiment and make a conclusion.
