过去分词作定语时,
何时位于它所修饰的名词或代词前面?
何时位于它所修饰的名词或代词后面。
①The excited people rushed out of the building.
②They found a damaged car at the gate of the park.
③You’d better read the well revised books, which have few mistakes.
Look at the sentences:
结论: 单个的过去分词作定语时，位于它所修饰的名词或代词前面；过去分词短语作定语时，位于它所修饰的名词或代词后面。
He lives in the house built by his father.
The letter posted yesterday will soon reach him. Have you read the books written by the young writer？
is one of those invited. reported ( in the newspaper) interested him. wanted to interview someone related to the matter.
结论: 过去分词修饰 something, everything, anything, nothing, somebody, nobody，those 等不定代词时，要放在这些词后面。
