摘要
建筑业届丁重工业的范畴，而重工业的发展是一个国家的经济命脉，它带动广泛的 相关产业的持续发展，一个国家的建筑业颓废，则这个国家的经济失去独立自主能力甚 至面临崩溃。
当今世界流行着“当今时代是决策者重视质量的时代”这一观念。 21世纪初我国
正式加入WTO,标志着我国进入全方位的开放时期，建筑企业还将承受国际承包商带 来的巨大竞争压力，面对如此严峻的国际国内环境，我们只有从自身出发不断改进，力 争与国际建筑市场接轨。
本文在研究我国质量管理现状及存在的问题的基础上， 对如何提高我国建筑施工项
目质量管理进行了初步的研究，在管理制度和管理方法方面提出了一些相应的措施，以 强化建筑施工项目全过程的质量控制， 从而解决目前我国建筑施工项目质量管理中存在 的一些问题。

ABSTRACT

In this paper , the quality of management in the study of China's current situation and problems on the basis of how to improve the quality of our construction project managementconducted a preliminary study In the management system and managementmethods put forward some measures to strengthen the whole process of building projects under construction , quality control , so as to
solve the current quality of our construction project management in a number of problems .
