摘要
近年来,在高校扩招的大背景下,高校的基础设施等变得相对紧张,建设
新的校区便成了一个解决问题的方案,新校区的建设为大学的发展注入了新的活
力,然而,大学新校区的建设项目有着它不同于其他项目的特点,项目的占地规
模较大,需要运用先进技术和设计,工期要求紧,建设周期长,建设项目的组成
具有复杂性和多样性,新校区一般都具有人文化和生态化的特点。因此,对大学
新校区基建项目的评估也十分具有必要性和独特性。
对大学新校区基建项目的评估,是在考虑这个项目特殊性的前提下,结合
项目特点,运用项目评估的方法进行评估,对项目进行风险分析。本文旨在通过
项目评估相关理论结合某大学新校区基建案例分析,对大学新校区基建项目评估
做一系统介绍。
项目评估是从社会发展、投资者等角度出发,通过对项目进行多个角度的
分析,来分析项目的风险性可行性等,为投资单位等的决策提供分析资料与帮助,

Abstract
In recent years, in the context of college enrollment, the university's
infrastructure has e relatively tight, the construction of new campus has

University's development has injected new vitality, however, University's new
campus construction project has its characteristics different from other projects,
the project covers an area of large-scale, requires the use of advanced
technology and design, tight schedule requirements, long construction period,

necessity and unique.
