摘 要:采取梅特勒-托利多在线结晶工作站系统地研究了磷酸二氢钾溶解度、超溶解度、红外特征和冷却结晶过程影响原因。研究结果表明,磷酸二氢钾介稳区在低温区较宽,高温区较窄,℃下含有最宽介稳区;磷酸二氢钾在红外光谱上含有很好朗伯-比尔特征,其特征峰波数分布在2152cm-1、1082cm-1;降温速率越大,其介稳区宽度也随之增大;搅拌速率越高,其介稳区宽度反而降低;,其结晶效果最好,粒度分布也最为均匀,晶体颗粒粒径大;Fe3+含量增大,将会造成磷酸二氢钾介稳区变宽,而且其含量越大,颗粒越不均匀,粒度分布较宽,所以应严格控制生产工艺中Fe3+含量≤%;SO42-含量增大,会使介稳区变窄,将会造成工业上结晶不易控制,所以也需严格控制生产工艺中SO42-含量。

Abstract: The project studyed the solubility of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, super solubility, infrared characteristic and the cooling crystallization process of the influencing factors through the METTLER TOLEDO online crystallization workstation .The results showed that the potassium dihydrogen phosphate metastable zone is in a wide temperature region, high temperature zone is narrow, and in degrees it have the width of metastable zone. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate in IR spectra has good beer Lambert characteristic. The characteristic peak wavelength can be distributed in 2152cm-1,1082cm- the cooling rate is higher, the metastable zone width stirring rate is higher, the metastable z
