文档介绍：NANHUA University 毕业设计( 论文) 题目浅析中小企业存货管理的现状和策略站点名称指导教师专业班级学号学生姓名年月日南华大学摘要: 存货是企业为保证生产和销售活动的连续进行而持有的一定数量物资, 是企业流动资产的重要组成部分,直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率。存货管理的好坏也密切关系到整个公司和公司利益的相关者,因此,必须重视对存货的管理。企业存货管理则指存货的信息管理和在此基础上的决策分析,进行有效控制,最终达到提高企业经济效益,增强企业综合实力和竞争力,以最低的成本提供维持生产经营活动所需的存货的目的。目前, 部分中小企业因其规模小、资本和技术构成较低、存货管理与控制薄弱,导致其在激烈的市场竞争中面临很多困难。加强存货管理,可以避免存货过多造成资金积压,以及缺货所带来的威胁。本文主要就其存货管理的现状、问题进行分析,提出合理利用存货、加强存货管理的措施,并对其未来发展阐述了一些相关认识和看法。关键词:存货,企业存货,存货管理 Summary : Inventory is the enterprise to ensure continuous production and sales activities for a certain amount of material held, is pany an important part of current assets , is directly related to the level of corporate capital spending and asset efficiency. The quality of inventory management is also closely related to the interests of pany and stakeholders, therefore, must pay attention to the management of inventory. Stock inventory management refers to enterprise information management and decision-making based on this analysis, the effective control and ultimately achieve greater economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance prehensive strength petitiveness and to provide the lowest cost production and management activities required to maintain inventory inventory management, avoid stock funds caused by excessive backlog, and brought out the threat. At present, some small and medium enterprises because of its small scale, capital and technology constitutes a low, inventory management and control is weak, resulting in petition in the market is facing many difficulties.
