摘要
物流产业是一个很特殊的产业,与其他相关产业有着高度的产业关联性,被誉为经济发展的“催化剂”或“瓶颈”。伴随着产业分工协作趋势的不断增强,生产社会化、专业化程度不断提高,物流产业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,物流产业的支柱性地位凸现出来。现代物流产业日趋发展成为我国国民经济体系中重要的基础性服务产业,在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,也越来越受到政府及相关部门的重视。目前物流产业已发展成为融合运输业、仓储业、货代业和信息服务等的复合型服务业,是国民经济的重要组成部分,在促进生产、拉动消费、促进就业方面作用大,在促进产业结构调整和经济发展方式和增强国民经济竞争力方面发挥着重要作用。
目前物流产业存在的状况是,对物流产业理论的研究滞后于产业的实际发展,本文通过对目前我国物流产业的调查和研究,依据产业经济学的SCP分析方法,通过实证分析和规范分析相结合、定性分析和定量分析相结合、以及比较分析法,辩证地分析了我国物流产业的现状,并对当前的问题进行了相应的总结。对我国物流产业的结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行了分析和探索。在物流产业结构方面,对物流产业的市场集中度、物流服务产品差异化、产业进入壁垒等方面进行了分析;在物流产业厂商行为方面,通过对物流产业内部企业的整合兼并策略、定价策略、产品策略和竞争策略进行了分析;在物流产业市场绩效方面,对我国物流企业的行为绩效进行了分析。并通过对物流产业的市场结构、厂商行为和市场绩效之间的相互影响分析,得出我国目前物流产业组织结构不合理,市场集中度低,属于微粒市场结构,处于无序竞争的低效率运作状态,同时得出,我国物流产业企业普遍存在成本高、资源配置效率低的状况,和发达国家相比还有很大的差距。
在金融危机的大背景下,针对如何调整我国物流产业的结构、提高物流产业绩效,做到物流产业的有效发展以及其他相关产业的良性协调发展,提出了可行性意见。

ABSTRACT
Logistic industry is very important in the field of National economy,and have close relation with other related industries .It is a core to to our national economic system and social development, it is considered as the "catalyst" or "bottleneck" of other industries vividly. It is ing more and more important with the trend of industrial division and labor cooperation .It is springing up and is turning up as a dominant position. Now is regarded as a basic services industry. Governments and related paying more and more attention to logistic industry now,Logistic industry is pound industry containing transport、warehousing、freight、 and information services and so on. And it play an important role in the fields of production, consumption and employment.
The current situation of logistics industry is that, the theoretical study of it lags behind the actual industrial development.
