摘 要
为了解决红枣的深加工问题,设计了一种半自动红枣去核机械。通过工艺方案分析对比确定红枣采用冲孔去核加工方法,即利用一根空心薄壁管插入并贯穿红枣把枣核带出,再使用顶针把枣核顶出空心管完成去核工作。本次设计采用三级传动方式:电动机输出动力,经V带传动,通过采用两端输出方式的蜗轮蜗杆减速器分别带动去核机构和送料机构,实现了做往复直线运动的去核机构和间歇性运动的送料机构同步配合工作不出现干涉;并为红枣的固定设计了自定心套筒,保证去核的准确性。本次设计的红枣去核机主要适用于家庭和小型工厂,该小型便携式去核机可作为为以后大型果核去核机的设计参考。

ABSTRACT
In order to solve the deep processing problem of jujube, a semi-automatic jujube denucleation machine was the process plan analysis and comparison, it was determined that the red jujube adopts the method of perforation and nucleation, that is, using a hollow thin wall tube to insert and penetrate the red jujube to take out the jujube core, and then use the thimble to top the jujujube core out of the hollow tube to complete the nucleation design adopts the three-stage transmission method: the motor output power, via the V belt transmission,By using the worm gear reducer with both ends of output to drive the nuclear power and feeding mechanism respectively,It realizes that there is no interference between the denuclear mechanism of reciprocating linear motion and the feed mechanism of intermittent self-centering sleeve was designed for the fixation of red dates to ensure the accuracy of core red dates of this design are mainly applicable to families and small small portable nuclear machine can be used as a design reference for future large-scale nuclear core remover.
