文档介绍:毕业设计(论文) 题目: 灰铸铁的焊接性及焊接工艺研究学生姓名: 系别: 材料工程系专业年级: 焊接技术及自动化 10级指导教师: 2013 年3月4日摘要灰铸铁有良好的铸造性能、良好的减振性、良好的耐磨性能、良好的切削加工性能、低的缺口敏感性。在工业使用是很广泛的,研究灰铸铁的焊接可以产生巨大的效益。由于条件限制,在这里主要给出了灰铸铁的性能、灰铸铁的焊接性其缺陷及防治、灰铸铁同质焊缝的熔焊、以及异质焊材焊接灰铸铁。最后又论述了灰铸铁带轮轮辐及空气压缩机外壳裂纹的补焊以帮助大家更好的理解灰铸铁的焊接。灰铸铁的焊接工艺的制定主要是依据灰铸铁的成分、冷却条件来确定的。一般灰铸铁的同质、异质焊接及补焊都可以参考本文。关键字:灰铸铁,焊接性能,焊接缺陷,补焊,焊接工艺 ABSTRACT Because of good casting properties, good vibration damping, good abrasion resistance, good machinability, low notch sensitivity , gray cast iron is used very broad in study of gray cast iron welding can produce huge benefits. Because of certain constrains,h ere gives the performance of gray cast iron, gray cast iron welding defects and prevention, homogenous weld welding of gray cast iron, as well as the heterogeneous welding consumables welding gray cast iron. And finally discusses the crack repair welding of gray cast iron pulley spokes and pressor housing to help people better understand the welding of gray cast iron. The formulation of the gray cast iron welding process is determined based on position of gray cast iron, cooling conditions. Homogeneous, heterogeneous welding and repair welding of gray cast iron in general can refer to this article.
