文档介绍:摘要

教学领域的有效性是指教师遵循教学活动的客观规律,以尽可能少的时
间、精力和物力投入,激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生主动参与到教学活动中,
尽可能多地促进学生获得发展。作文教学中教师作文指导有效性是指教师遵
循作文教学的客观规律,运用适当的指导手段,考虑到影响作文指导的各种
因素,激发学生的作文兴趣,使学生主动参与作文活动,以达到促进学生作
文能力发展的目的。
本文通过问卷调查和访谈的形式对初中生作文现状和初中教师作文指导
情况进行了调查研究,在对学生作文现状的调查中了解到:初中生的作文兴
趣在下降,望“文”生畏;缺乏作文的自主意识,作文动机和作文内容功利
化;没有掌握合理的作文方法与技巧,作文水平难以提高;没有养成良好的
作文习惯„„从教师作文指导情况的调查和分析中了解到:教师对作文指导
的作用认识模糊,对自己的指导结果也不敢肯定;作文指导缺乏计划性和针
对性;在指导内容上重内容、技巧而轻思维能力的培养和情感的调动。
最后,本文针对调查中反映出的初中作文教学中教师作文指导低效的种
种问题,从“树立正确的作文价值观,提高自身的写作理论素养”、“根据学
情,选择与实施适应初中生的具体作文指导”、“构建简约的作文指导模式”
三方面来提出提高初中教师作文指导有效性的思考。

ABSTRACT

The effectiveness of the teaching field means that teachers follow the
objective laws of teaching activities with as little time, energy and material
resources to stimulate students' learning interest and make students actively
participate in teaching activities, then promote students growth as much as
possible. The teachers' guide effectiveness position teaching refers to that
teachers follow objective law in position teaching with the right guidance
method, considering the various factors of position guidance, and
arouse the students' interest position, then make students actively
participate position activity, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting
the students' composition ability.
This article made investigation and study through the form of the
questionnaire and interview students' status and teachers’ composition guidance in
junior high school, from the investigation of students' position
situation we know that: The junior high school students’ interesting in
composition is on decline, and they feel afraid when looking at position;
They lack independent consciousness position, and position
motivation position content are utilitarian; They don’t have the
position method and skill , can’t improve the level position
