Methods: This study randomly selected in our hospital in 2013 January ~2013 year in June during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with 89 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group based on the diet nursing, nursing of drainage tube, complications nursing, pare and analyze the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients. Results: in the observation group, plication rate of % was less than that of the control group (χ 40% 2=, P=); nursing satisfaction of observation group was % higher than the control group obviously (χ 2=, P=) 65%.
