this is to certify that we the undersigned marine & container surveyors did at the request of hapag-lloyd (china) ltd. attended on the 26th october 2011 at the premises of guangzhou huangpu terminal, south prc. for the purpose of inspecting /examining one 40¡¯hc container fscu6155415 allegedly previously found damaged whilst in laden transit storage at the port of south prc , guangdong province, guangzhou city, huangpu district, huangpu terminal.

from the information available, we were led to understand that the above-mentioned containers no fscu6155415 was found terminal operation damaged at shenzhen da chan bay terminal one during container discharged operation on 15th october 2011. and this container was shipped by 2nd carrier on 19th october 2011 for huangpu terminal. and we were therefore requested to be present at huangpu termianal to inspect and verify t
