摘要
滚槽机是一种新型实用的,用于加工管子连接端沟槽的机械设备。
以往,管路的连接一般采用焊接、螺纹、法兰等方法,这类方法一般容易有污染物或者焊渣污染,或者需要二次镀锌,而且还受到安装场所的限制,导致安装速度慢、费用高等缺陷,所以现在也有采用沟槽式机械接头来连接管路,来克服上述连接方式所存在的弊端,但随之而来的是管子连接端沟槽的加工问题。如果采用车床加工的话,不仅速度慢、难度大,而且花费也大。目前,似乎还没有特别行之有效的办法。
本设计的目的是在于,提供一种以沟槽式机械连接接头来加工的管路,采用管子连接端沟槽,效果较好的专用设备。
滚槽机的工作原理就是根据液压传递原理,利用两个滚动轮对其中间的管壁不断的挤压而形成沟槽;特点是采用液压加压吨位大,适应性强,凸凹模更换方便迅速,生产效率高;广泛用于建筑工地的管道安装,完成用于管路连接的各种管子的压槽之用。

Abstract
