文档介绍:安徽工业大学毕业论文设计摘要水是生命之源,经济发展导致的水资源污染已经成为水处理行业不得不面对的主要问题。随着传统工业自动化、网络化技术和工业控制理论的不断发展给水处理行业的技术改造带来了新的希望,以自动控制技术、计算机技术、网络技术及软件技术的应用来实现水厂的自动化、信息化、现代化发展,已经是十分迫切的,也是改变目前我国污水处理企业被动局面的最有效办法之一。文章首先介绍了 PLC 控制系统的工作原理以及 PLC 控制系统的相关技术。然后介绍了污水处理系统的基本工艺和流程以及设计系统的原则。根据污水处理的要求设计了设备的电气控制与自动控制线路。按照工艺要求设计了污水处理系统硬件选型。自动化污水处理系统,不仅可以加强整个系统的可靠性、准确性, 还可以减少劳动强度,降低处理成本和节约能源。关键词:污水处理、 PLC 、工艺和流程、硬件选型 ABSTRACT Water is the source of life, but the water poluttion with economic development has ed a main problem which water treatment industry must be faced. Howerver, with the continuous development of industrial control theory, network and automotive technology, it gives new hope for the technical renovation of water treatment industry to realize the urgent automation, informatization and modern by applying automotive control, computer, network and software technology. The article first introduces the related technology works PLC control system and PLC control system. Then introduces the basic principles of the sewage treatment system processes and procedures and the design of the system. According to the design of the wastewater treatment requirements of electrical control equipment and automatic control circuits. In accordance with the requirements of the design process ofa sewage treatment system hardware selection .
