摘要：目的 觀察黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴***治疗2型糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年9月-2019年8月厦门大学附属第一医院接诊的2型糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者100例，用随机数表法均分2组。对照组单用甲钴***，治疗组联用黄芪桂枝五物汤和甲钴***。对比神经传导速度和疗效。结果 治疗组治疗后神经传导速度：腓肠神经（±）m/s、腓浅神经（±）m/s、胫神经（±）m/s、腓总神经（±）m/s，优于对照组（±）m/s、（±）m/s、（±）m/s、（±）m/s，差异有统计学意义（P<）;%，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 选择黄芪桂枝五物汤和甲钴***联合用药方案，对2型糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者进行治疗，可提升疗效，促进神经传导速度恢复，建议推广。

with Methylcobalamin on the Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy
of Lower Extremitieson Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with methylcobalamin on the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of lower extremities in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： 100 type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy of lower extremities who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method. The control group was given methylcobalamin alone and the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and methylcobalamin.
