文档介绍：山东大学硕士掌士论文中文摘要对历史文化衡区的傈护是我国城市历变文化遗产僳护体系的重要组成部分。这一工{乍起步较晚,社会认可度不高,在缺乏关注与理论指导的情况下,我国大面积的历史文化街区都没有得到较完整的保护,导致了城市文化的严重流失。历史文化街区对于一个城市的重要性不仅仅体现在对传统风貌的保留,持续良性发展的历史文化街区可以为整个城市未来的发展带来新的活力和经济增长点。由此可见,对城市历史文化街区的保护是城市长期发展战略的重要内容,也是现今我囤城市建设亟待解决酶重要问题之一。本文豳顾了历史文化街医傈护的理论衍生和历史发展,并通过总结分析国内外相关实践经验,得出了历史文化街区保护的大致范畴和基本原则。为了完善相关的理论方法,文章在济南市范围内,选取了最具代表性和综合性的荚蓉街-髓水亭街历史文化街区为侧,以济南市的城市发展为出发点,从城市格局、历史背景、人文特色等方面探索芙蓉街。曲水亭街历史文化街区的形成发展、现状特点以及问题所在。同时结合各学科知识,多角度分析闷题的成因,最终提出宏观控制的主导原则和具有针对性的微观处理方法,以期为济南市以及全国范围内历史文化街区的保护与发展提供一份有价值的参考意见。关键词:历史文化街区;保护整治;开发利用;可持续发展 7 山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The conservation ofhistoricand culturaldistrictis asignificant part of theurban historicaland culturalheritage protecting system in our started late,and hasn’treceived ahigh degree of tolackofsocial concern andtheoreticalguidance,a greatmajority ofhistoric and culturaldistrictin chinahaven’tbeen protectedperfectly,which gives risetogreat lossofhistoric culture only does thehistoricand culturaldistrictpreserve traditionalstyleand features of acity,but also ahistoricand culturaldistrictwitll continuous soundprogress can provide new energy and economic growth point for a city’S on theabovefactors,it shouldbeadmitted that as all important part oflong termdevelopment strategy of acity,the conservationofhistoric and culturaldistrict,in modem city construction,needs correcttreatmentas soon as possible.
