Introduction
This report is for assessment in the Information & Communications Technology in Business: An Introduction unit of Higher National Diploma in communication system and technology.
Ingam, Crompton and Travis Building Society, known as ICT, offers a range of products in the financial market such as the current accounts, saving accounts and mortgage products. The company has 30 branches throughout the central belt of Scotland. The net work system is far more important for the company in communication.
This report will compare and evaluate different types of network systems, for example，the benefits and drawbacks among three communication network- LAN, WAN and INTERNET. This report will introduce some current information communication technology as well. The effects of these information communication networks will be identified.
