In the five years, China import and export before, and all unconventional international trade protectionism growth, aiming at China continuously strengthen product trade barriers. Can China achieving trading powers strategic? This paper from the current trade status quo, for China trade structure evolution tendency and exchange rate mechanism for analysis, that adjust trend in China in the next five to ten years, that will be the world developing trade powers conclusion. Processing trade characterized with processing export business again, in China's foreign trade ina very important position, although in recent years, Chinese processing trade has achieved great development, but their problems also nots allow to ignore: processing trade toa domestic industry impetus function not fully play, labor intensity is high, low, the technical content in the global value chain, domestic value chain's low-end position further extensions. Thus optimize industrial structure, promote the processing trade processing trade to hi-tech industry development, promoting the optimization and upgrading of processing trade has great significance.
