文档介绍:哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文-I- QY20B 起重机液压系统及回转机构结构设计摘要本设计论文主要介绍了当前课题的背景和课题的研究意义, 论述了国内外轮式起重机发展概况和发展趋势, 并对 QY20B 起重机的液压系统和回转机构进行了设计、计算,其中包括液压系统的设计方案的对比、分析, 回转机构结构设计方案的选择,而且对重要零部件进行了设计校核。回转机构的结构设计是从回转机构的回转速度入手,确定所选结构的传动比,并对内部的马达、联轴节进行选择。并且对齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆进行了设计、计算。最后,对回转机构的主要零部件进行了校核,最终实现回转机构所要求的回转速度。关键词汽车起重机;液压系统;回转机构;回转支撑装置;液压马达哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文- II- Design and putation to Hydraulic System and the anization of The QY20B Abstract This design paper mainly introduced the current background and the significance of study,which elaborated the tendency and development of autohoist in domestic and foreign country. And it has carried on the design and putation to hydraulic system and the anization of the QY20B autohoist, including the contrast of hydraulic system design program,and the choice of the anization it also made some kinds of the examination on the important spareparts. The design of the anization structural begins with the speed of the anization, determins the velocity ratio, and chooses the internal it also capulatats the shaft coupling and the gear. Finally, it also carries on the examination of the main spare parts, finally the rotation speed which the anization requests is realized.
