主题 SUBT: Studs of the cab in et bottom broken
1 问题描述(Problem Description):
Fron tech customer found there was tran sformer moveme nt in side the UPS, and Umax & Fron tech customer found in some units the Studs of the cabinet bottom were broken, and the transformer clamps < bending. Pictures as below.

1. The transformer movement issue: Leades transformer had used small clamps, some clamps may not be fully tight, and the gaps of the studs were a bit large, so the in some cases the transformer have a moveme nt, picture as below.
2. The Studs of the cabinet bottom were broken: it seems the UPS was dropped from high height , we have done the drop test to check this problem, no rmally this problem cannot happe n.

Repair the failed un its.
5、长期性措施(Long-Term Corrective Action )：
For this loose fitting of transformer issue, we have already changed the transformer clamp, it can fix the tran sformer full tigh
