文档介绍:摘 要
振动筛广泛用于矿山、煤炭、冶炼、建材、耐火材料、轻工、化工等行业。振动筛的结构和材料直接影响其使用性能和寿命。在激振力作用下大型直线振动筛横梁、侧板等主体部件频繁发生断裂事故,严重影响振动筛的筛分效果和生产效率。因此采用有限元法对振动筛进行模态分析和静力学分析判断是否避免结构发生共振,这对于提高振动筛的工作效率,延长振动筛的使用寿命具有重要意义。
本文用UG建立了振动筛的三维模型,并利用ANSYS软件建立了有限元模型,并对模型进行了模态分析和静力学分析,通过分析得到了振动筛前30阶固有频率和对应的振型图、等效应力云图、变形云图,进而判断振动筛设计的合理性。

Abstract
The vibrating screen is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical and other industries. The shaker of structures and materials directly affect their performance and life. The large-scale linear shaker beams, the rupture accident of sides and other main components are frequently occurred under the action of the exciting force, seriously impacted the effects and production efficiency of the vibrating screen's screening. Therefore, using the Finite element method on Shaker 's modal analysis and static analysis and determine whether it have avoided the structure of the resonance, this is of great significance for improving the efficiency of the shaker, extending the service life of the vibrating screen
By using UG to establish a three-dimensional model of the vibrating screen, and using ANSYS software to established a finite element model, and making modal analysis and static analysis to the model, by analyzing the shaker top 30 first natural frequency and the corresponding and vibration mode diagram, the equivalent stress cloud chart, deformation cloud chart and then analyse the rationality of shaker design.
