对末位淘汰制的辩证思考
摘要
末位淘汰制是用人单位实行的绩效考核的一种制度。一方面末位淘汰制有积极的作用，如激励员工的工作积极性、精简机构，有效分流、推动企业发展、有利于干部队伍建设等；另一方面末位淘汰制也有消极的方面，如机制欠科学、有损人格尊严、过于残酷等。本论文从一个较全面的角度看待末位淘汰制，并对此制度的出路谈了看法。

Elimination system is a system of performance appraisal of the implementation of the employer. On the one hand the elimination system have a positive effect, as to motivate staff enthusiasm for work, streamlining, divert, to promote enterprise development, in favor of cadres building; on the other hand the elimination system also has negative aspects, such as the mechanism owe science, undermine human dignity, and so too cruel. In this paper, from a more comprehensive perspective on the elimination system, and this way of talking about the system view.
