【摘要】：目的：分析探讨慢性皮肤溃疡临床治疗措施及治疗效果。方法：选取自2010年6月-2012年6月我院收治的慢性皮肤溃疡68例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，随机分为治疗组及对照组，各组34例，其中对照组给予常规临床治疗（包括对因治疗、支持治疗、药物治疗及手术治疗），而治疗组在此基础上给予康复新液外敷，观察两组患者临床治疗效果，并进行分析比对。结果：%，%，2组比较具有统计学意义（P＜），且治疗组无不良反应发生。结论：慢性皮肤溃疡患者在给予对因、支持、药物及手术治疗的基础上联合康复新液外敷进行综合性治疗，临床效果显著高于单纯常规治疗方法，加快了创面愈合，缩短了创面愈合时间，促进患者早期康复。

Analysis of chronic skin ulcer clinical comprehensive treatment
