文档介绍：西南交通大学工程硕士学位论文第1页摘要近年来,物流业已在铁路大范围开展起来,各路局及路局下属各站段、多经、集经等单位已结合本单位的实际情况开展了一些物流服务,特别是在运输、仓储、货代、车流配送等方面加大了综合服务的力度。铁路运输营销政策的转变及铁路主辅分离改制的进行也迫使铁路系统从传统单一的“计划营销”转向完整的“供应链式、客户定制式”的客户服务,而依托铁路运输优势,规划建设专业性较强的铁路物流园是进一步释放铁路运输生产力,适应铁路运输体量不断增大的需求。随着呼和浩特铁路局越来越多的大型物流园的建设,实现铁路物流的综合管理信息化,增强市场的竞争力,也越来越重要。本文主要采用先进的网络技术、数据库技术和工作流技术,建立适应现代物流管理要求的综合物流管理信息系统,实现与电子商务的无缝衔接、企业内部的现代化管理和客户间信息的自由广义交换以及实时的物流动态信息追踪,整合各种运输信息,提供多式联运的操作平台,完善和提升第三方物流的能力,依托地理优势和国家产业政策优势,为奠定和推动铁路局物流事业在内蒙古的龙头地位提供保障。通过综合物流信息管理系统的建设,实现对仓储、配送、客户、代理等的科学、规范化的管理,最终形成具有铁路特色的物流系统。关键词:铁路物流园区;物流信息系统;信息系统规划 Abstract In recent years·the rmlway logistics hasbeen carried out in alarge railway and railway stations,including itssubordinate。the set and the bined with the actual situation oflogistics services have already got some inthe transportation,warehousing,freight forwarders railway system have been forced tochange from traditional singleplan marketing plete supply chain orcustomer set format customer service by theRailway transportation marketing policy’change and the separation ofthe reform on railway transportation advantage。planning and constructing professional strong railway logisticspark may furtherreleaserailway transportation,railway transport dimension productivity tomeet the increasing railway themore and more construction ofthelarge logistics parks inthe Hohhot railway administration,it’s more and more important to make prehensive management information tobe trueand petitive ability tobeincreasing.
