摘要
双包层光纤激光器目前可谓是光纤激光器家族的佼佼者,它使用包层泵浦技术使
光纤激光器摆脱了小功率器件的地位,把输出光束的大功率、高质量,和光纤激光器
的一切优点集于一身,又因其光纤形式可以方便的用在光通信领域,所以不断受到人
们的关注。本文研究以二极管激光器做泵浦源,以掺 Yb3+的双包层光纤为增益介质,
种子源放大技术实现的脉冲光纤激光器。本文所做的研究主要有以下几个方面:
(1) 在广泛查阅国内外文献的基础上,对国内外光纤激光器领域内的研究现状和发
展方向进行了综述,重点介绍了高功率光线激光器相对于高功率固体激光器的优势,
介绍了本课题研究的现实意义。
(2) 分析了各种侧面泵浦耦合方式的优劣,并对光纤角度磨抛侧面泵浦耦合方式做
了模拟仿真,分析了多模光纤磨抛角度和耦合效率之间的关系,并分析了这一关系随
光纤参数的变化情况,指出了今后实验中参数选择应满足的要求。
(3) 详细阐述了种子脉冲放大方式的脉冲光纤激光器工作原理,并借助行波放大的
暂态方程对在双包层掺 Yb3+光纤中采用 975nm 光泵浦,放大 1064nm 小种子脉冲从而
获得高峰值功率激光脉冲的这一过程做数值分析,主要分析了:在某个泵浦功率下初
始反转粒子数分布;不同的峰值功率的输入激光脉冲对反转粒子数消耗情况;在不同
功率的种子脉冲输入情况所对应的激光输出。

Abstract
Double-clad fiber laser can be honoured as one of the twinkling stars in fiber laser
family. The clad-pumping technology helped fiber laser shake off the impression of
low-power. Double-clad fiber laser syncretize the high-power and high-quality of laser beam
and all of the virtues of fiber laser. In addition, it can be easily applied in
munications. So it draws more and more attentions. The thesis details the research
of the Yb3+ doped double clad fiber laser used in master-oscillator power amplifier(MOPA)
system which pumped by Laser Diodes. The main theoretical and experimental researches
are included in this thesis:
(1) The state of the researches and the development way in the field of fiber laser
worldwide are summarized based prehensive references reading, and the practical
significance of this research subject is introduced.
(2) The side-pumping structures especially which have been adopted in experiments are
introduced. And an efficient and potentially robust side-coupling scheme have demonstrated.
The couplerloss simulation as a function of tilt angle are showed in a graph.
