文档介绍：硕t论文摘要作战能力评估是衡量部队战斗力的重要方法,也是和平时期对部队战斗力进行评价的主要手段。当前,做好炮兵旅作战能力评估的研究工作,既是促进炮兵旅战斗力建设的迫切需求,又是丰富和发展炮兵部队作战能力评估理论的现实需要。本文以检验我军炮兵旅战斗力建设水平为出发点,首先,明确了炮兵旅作战能力评估的概念、特点及原则,提出了一套较为科学、合理且具有较强操作性的炮兵旅作战能力评估程序;分析了几种当前部队常用的作战能力评估方法,阐明了其优缺点; 论述了炮兵单元式作战体系的构成,在此基础上,提出了一种基于作战单元的炮兵旅作战能力聚合评估方法;其次,在系统分析炮兵旅作战能力的构成及影响因素的基础上,构建了较为系统、全面的作战能力评估指标体系和评估模型;同时,为了降低人为主观因素对评估的影响,制定了炮兵旅作战能力评估信息采集表,并明确了评估标准;最后,以我军两个炮兵旅的军事斗争准备为背景,对其作战指挥能力进行了评估, 通过计算,得出评估结果,形成了评估结论。本文的研究主要用于评估炮兵旅的作战能力,其研究成果既可以为加强炮兵旅战斗力建设和合理使用炮兵提供参考依据,又可以进一步完善炮兵部队作战能力评估理论体系。另外,本文解决问题的思路和方法也可供其它兵种部队开展作战能力评估工作时借鉴和参考。关键词:炮兵旅作战能力评估分类号: 学科分类号 Abstract 硕t论文 Abstract The operational capability evaluation is allimportant method ’S fighting-power;it isalso amain mean tOestimatetheunit’Sfighting-power inpeace period.
