摘要
拔毛机通俗来讲就是用来去除宰杀且浸烫的鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽的自动去毛,拔毛机还可用来去除一些农产品像土豆或者鱼类的鳞之类的。该机器运用起来非常的方便,而且比起人工慢慢悠悠来,其优势就可想而知了。在现代城市及乡村的家禽屠宰场应用已经十分普遍了。该机器去毛的效率非常的高。要求是:适合的浸烫的温度、设备安全、可靠性、基本达到食品卫生的标准采用的材料应经久耐用、无害无毒、防锈、机器系列性、结构便于维修且简单。设计指标有:羽毛除净率98%、损破率 3%、生产率达到较高水准。工作原理及结构设计。结构有:皮带轮、脱毛筒、电机、脱毛转盘、机架、出杂口等组成。工作的原理是选用在筒壁和转盘上加上橡胶棒来仿造人工的揉搓方法以便达到脱毛之目的。

Abstract
Defeathering machine popular terms is used to remove the slaughter and scalding chicken, duck, goose poultry such as automatic unhairing, defeathering machine can also be used to remove some products like potatoes or fish scales. The machine is very convenient to use, pared with artificial slow steaming, the advantages all too clear. In the modern city and the country's poultry slaughterhouse application is very popular. The machine to MAO's efficiency is very high. Requirements are: suitable for scalding temperature, equipment safety, reliability, basically reached the standard of food hygiene of materials should be durable, non-toxic harmless, rust, machine series, facilitate maintenance and simple structure. Design indicators are: feather cleanse rate 98%, loss rate was 3%, the productivity to achieve high level. The working principle and structure design. Structure are: pulley, hair removal cylinder, motor, hair removal wheel, frame, the miscellaneous mouth, etc. Working principle is to choose a in the wall and wheel and rubber bar to imitate artificial rubbing method in order to reach the goal of hair removal.
