文档介绍:石硖、储良龙眼反季节成花及四季蜜龙眼集中成花技术研究摘要本研究以四季蜜龙眼、储良和石硖为试材,研究重、轻回缩修剪配合叶面喷施乙烯利、乙烯利+多效唑处理对四季蜜龙眼集中成花以及重回缩修剪配合氯酸钾诱导储良和石硖反季成花过程中,龙眼树体有机营养、矿质营养、内源激素、激素间平衡关系以及成花的影响,为正确使用外源生长调节剂和氯酸钾,促进四季蜜龙眼集中成花、储良和石硖反季成花提供依据。结果表明: ,成花效果以轻剪配合叶面喷施乙烯利+多效唑处理最好,%,重剪+叶面喷施乙烯利处理次之,%。氯酸钾诱导储良和石硖两龙眼反季成花成功,两者成花株率均为100%,%,%;叶面喷施乙烯利+多效唑处理均未使两品种反季成花。 +多效唑,四季蜜龙眼轻、重回缩修剪树叶片N含量先上升后下降;P、K含量先下降后上升;Ca、Mg含量上升。氯酸钾诱导提高了储良叶片P含量,降低了N含量,Ca、Mg含量上升后下降; K含量先下降后上升:石硖表现为P、Ca、Mg含量上升,N、K含量上升后下降。 +多效唑混合液处理,叶片IAA、 GA含量降低,ABA、ZR含量上升;轻回缩修剪树配合叶面喷施乙烯利+多效唑混合液处理后,IAA、GA含量降低,ABA含量先上升后下降,ZR含量提高。氯酸钾诱导,使储良叶片ABA、ZR含量上升,IAA含量下降,GA含量先上升后下降;同时石硖IAA含量上升,ABA、GA、ZR含量表现为先上升后下降。 、轻回缩修剪树配合叶面喷施乙烯利+多效唑混合液处理后,提高了叶片ABA/GA、ZR/IAA、ZR/GA比值,对ZR/ABA影响不大; 氯酸钾诱导使储良龙眼叶片ABA/GA、ZR/IAA比值上升、ABA/IAA先上升后下降、ZR/ABA、ZR/GA在处理初期下降,随后上升:石硖表现出ABA/IAA、ZR/IAA 比值下降,ABA/GA、ZR/ABA、ZR/GA先上升后下降。关键词:龙眼;花芽分化;重回缩修剪;氯酸钾;乙烯利;多效唑;激素;营养 Study of the technology of off-season flowering of Shixia and Chuliang(Dimocarpus longana Lout'.)and uniformly flowering ofSijimi (Dimocarpus longana Lour.)
