摘要
随着我国综合国力的提高,许多大城市都将跻身于国际大都市,其城市现代化建设
也必将提速,而缓解城市交通压力的城市地铁建设将是重中之重。可以预料,21 世纪必
将是我衡式盾构施工是为了适应城市地下工程没有明挖条件而产生的隧道开挖方
法,由于它的实用性和不影响地面交通的优越性,使其应用越来越广泛。而正是由于它
主要应用在城市地下工程中,因此研究土压平衡式盾构施工稳定性和对环境的影响具有
非常重要的现实意义。
本文结合沈阳地铁工程实例,以研究盾构施工造成的地表沉降规律为目的,采用现
场监测与 Flac3d 数值模拟相结合的方法,得到沈阳地区砂性土层在施工中的沉降规律。
另外,针对沈阳地区的地质条件,论文采用数值模拟与实测数据对比的方法,优化盾构
施工参数。
研究得出:
1)土压平衡式盾构施工在砂土地区工作是可行的。
2)用进行土压平衡式盾构施工的模拟是可行的,在简化土层分布、注浆等
条件下,可以得到近似实际监测的结果。
)因此,数值模拟可以与实际监测结果结合,指导盾构施工。盾构施工的影响范围
为:沿隧道掘进方向,距开挖面前 24 米,后 30 米;水平方向为 30 米,对称于隧道轴
线。
4)得出了沈阳砂土地区沉降槽宽度修正系数的取值范围。结合隧道穿越苏抚铁路的
监测资料,优化了盾构施工参数,为后续类似施工提供参考。

Abstract
With the improvement of China's overall national strength, many big cities will be a
member of the international metropolis, they will also accelerate the speed of the moderniz-ation
construction, and Subway Construction which can ease the pressure on urban traffic will be the
top priority. It is expected that the 21st century will be China's peak period of urban subway
construction.
EPB shield is a method of tunnel excavation methods which appears in order to adapt to
urban’s underground engineering where lacks the conditions of Open-cut tunnelconstruction for
its practicality and the superiority of certain aspects, it has been more and more widely applied.
It was precisely because it mainly applicated in the urban’s underground projects, the study on
stability of the construction with EPB shield in tunnel and its impact on the environ-ment had a
very important practical significance.
Based in the examples of Shenyang subway projects, for the purpose of research the char-
acter of the ground settlement coursed by EPB shield, and makes the result of bined
