第一章:工程概况
一、工程概况
该工程为沪宁高速公路两侧拓宽工程,沪杭铁路跨线桥段跨越南新线站南端3-4股铁路线,斜交角度为31度。南侧跨越铁路段新建桥梁跨径组合为30m+55m+30m,北侧与南侧主跨一致。55米T梁分别位于既有沪宁高速公路的的两侧,南侧新建桥里程为K15+-K15+,北侧为K15+-K15+,上跨沪杭铁路里程为 不详 。55米T梁位于既有沪宁高速的南侧墩为Pmn25#-Pmn26#,北侧为Pms25#-Pms26#。,%,横坡为单面坡2%。

二、主要架设任务及对铁路运输的影响
需架设的两跨55米T梁分别位于既有桥的南、北两侧,架桥机需分两次组装、封锁、架设,每次组装、封锁、架设施工方案相同。本次架梁施工方案按一次架设组织。
每次架梁的工作量为:6片T梁,共12片。
梁技术参数:
边梁重约220T,中梁重约218T;
架设时需同时封锁桥下所有铁路线路,架桥机整机过孔需封锁3次、6片T梁架设6次,半幅桥架梁共需和车站、工务、电气化等部门配合封锁线路9次。
