【摘要】目的：为全面提高教育教学质量进行教学质最问卷调杳。方法：根据大学统一拟订 的问卷调杳表，山授课教师和实****同学集中填写。计数资料分析用方分率表示，等级资料比 较用RIDIT检验。结果：教师和同学对教学质最管理评价和授课质最评价，差异均具有显著 统计学意义,学生评价结果比教师差。结论：指出医学教学中的薄弱环节，为进一步提高医 学教学质量，制订相应的整改措施提供依据。

Abstract: Aim: To identity the status of teaching quality for further improvemen匸 Method: A questionnmre which includes administration, courses, teaching models and skills was made for both teachers and students・ Statistic analysis was made by percentage and RIDIT test. Results: There is significant difference of the evaluation of the teaching administration and quality from the teachers and students・ The students are less happy with the current teaching status. Conclusion: The current medical education could not meet the demands of the students. The understanding of the weak points would contribute to taking steps to improve the medical educatio n.
