文档介绍：华东交通大学毕业设计 I 老友小店的物流成本摘要农村有八亿多的人口,大概是 亿个家庭,随着生活水平的提高,恩格尔系数明显在增大,农村已经成为各大商家密切关注的一个市场,因而农村的零售也吸引越来越多的人对其进行思考解析,看清现状,思考未来。本文从全国的零售业的发展现状入手,提出现今农村零售的主要特点,并从农村一个小店——老友小店入手,阐述了它本身的现状以及周边乡镇的零售现状,并重点分析了老友小店从采购到销售的整个过程的物流成本,包括:采购方面、仓储库存方面、以及销售方面几个部分,并计算出他每月为物流所支付的具体数额,对于过高的物流成本主要从:采购的频次、缺货、销售、管理方面提出了改进意见,并重点阐述了小店的联合给小店所带来的成本节省。关键词:零售业;进货成本;仓储成本;物流成本童洁琼:老友小店的物流成本 II L ogistics C osts of Laoyou Shop Abstract There are more than 800 million rural people , about 238 million households in the country .W ith the improvement of living standards, the Engel's coefficient increased significantly, and more and more corporations pay close attention to the rural market. The rural markets also attract more people who pay attention to current situations and seek for some resolutions. In this paper, Iknow the situation of rural retail market and point the main features. T hen, I describe a little shop---Laoyou ’s conditions, mainly focus on the logistic cost of procurement , storage inventory, as well as sales . Then I detailed calculate Laoyou shop ’s logistic cost, and make some suggestions about formulating a proper frequency of purchase, reducing the possibility ofout of stock, enhancing the capability of management for saving logistic cost.
