摘要：分析了连城红心甘薯干食品加工产业发展情况及存在问题，提出了加快加工产业发展的对策：合 理规划，加强调控；加强食品加工专用品种的选育工作；深入开展无公害技术研究；依靠科技进步，提 高加工产品的科技含量；进一步开拓产品的销售市场；加大甘暮食品加工业发展的投融资力度；加快建 设连城红心甘薯干加工园区步伐。

Abstract： In this paper , the development & venditioni condition and existent problems of vivers processing industry lor red sweetpotato's chips of liancheng were analysed 、 some countermeasures for hastening development of processing industry were suggested: programmed proper and enhanced regulation and control ; enhanced work of breeding varieties lor vivers processing ; developed technology studies without social elTects of pollution ; depended on the progress of sciences to improve technology levels of processing products ; developed vendition markets of products more ; increased investments and financing for development of sweetpotatoes vivers processing ; hastened progress of developing processing indus【ry sections for red sweet potato's pieces of liancheng ・
