文档介绍:宁夏大学硕士学位论文 YL公司竞争战略研究姓名:谢华申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理硕士指导教师:李金香 201204 摘 1111118 IINIINMmllI Y2163248 宁夏是经济欠发达地区,但依托当地资源却是我国电石及其深加工产品双氰胺的主要生产基地。尽管宁夏占据了优势资源,但由于该地深加工双氰胺的中小型企业在发展过程中并不注重企业的竞争战略,导致行业松散,难以形成规模经济,创造不出品牌效应。本文以宁夏YL公司为研究切入点,在综述相关竞争战略理论的基础上,运用文献分析法和实证分析法对该公司双氰胺产品的竞争战略进行了分析,发现该公司现行的成本战略为低成本战略,但受到行业内其他小规模企业对市场的恶意压价,使YL公司的低成本优势逐渐变弱,不适合公司的长期发展需要。在结合YL公司的内部条件、所面临的宏观环境、公司所处的行业结构及公司的优势下,笔者对公司未来的竞争战略选择进行分析,最终提出公司应采用整合基本竞争战略作为其未来发展的新的竞争战略模式。该模式将“低成本与差异化”的优势通过现代的生产管理模式和信息网络技术实现有效的融合,以此弥补了公司在实施低成本战略及其他基本战略中存在的弊端。为使公司能顺利实施新的战略模式,笔者还提出了具体的实施策略及保障措施。希望YL公司能借此模式获得新的战略发展空间,在未来的发展道路上形成规模经济,将该公司产品做大做强,成为国际知名品牌。关键词:竞争战略,双氰胺,整合基本竞争战略 Ningxia theeconomically underdeveloped areas,relying on local resources is the main production base ofChina’Scalcium carbide,dicyandiamide and itsdeep takeadvantage ofresources,but due todeepprocessing ofdicyandiarnide small and medium·sized enterprises inthedevelopment process does not focus petitive strategy,resulting in aloose industry,it difficult tocreate economies of scaleand not tocreate abrand.
