1、Drug and its effects 药品及其作用
药品，是指用于预防、治疗、诊断人的疾病，有目的地调节人的生理机能并规定有适应症或者功能主治、用法和用量的物质，包括中药材、中药饮片、中成药、化学原料药及其制剂、抗生素、生化药品、放射性药品、血清、疫苗、血液制品和诊断药品等。

药物治疗转介的分类
patented drugs 专利药 generic drugs 仿制药
仿制药是指与商品名药在剂量、安全性和效力（strength）（不管如何服用）、质量、作用（performance）以及适应症（intended use）上相同的一种仿制品（copy）。
仿制药是与被仿制药具有相同的活性成分、剂型、给药途径和治疗作用的替代药品，具有降低医疗支出、提高药品可及性、提升医疗服务水平等重要经济和社会效益。
美国FDA有关文件指出，能够获得FDA批准的仿制药必须满足以下条件：和被仿制产品含有相同的活性成分，其中非活性成分可以不同；和被仿制产品的适应症、剂型、规格、给药途径一致；生物等效；质量符合相同的要求；生产的GMP标准和被仿制产品同样严格
agonists：激动剂，药物如对受体的亲和力很强，内在活力也较大，能激活整个受体分子使其产生生物效应，这类药物称激动剂;
redesigned or modified agonists:部分激动剂
有亲和力，内在活性较弱，
antagonists or blockers: 拮抗剂，对受体亲和力很强，但内在活力为零，于是占去了受体，阻断了信息分子的作用，不使其产生生物效应，称拮抗作用，这药物称拮抗剂或称阻断剂。
